EDIT: Actually now that I think about it, taking estrogen in theory shouldn't cause osteoporosis in TiMs but rather stopping it would. Women are more prone to it, but you normally see it set in for women post-menopause not pre- which would mean lower estrogen levels is what is causing it in them. Not sure now how that would work.

I absolutely don't think tranny womb transplants will ever lead to viable pregnancies, but I do think there is a good chance that they'll bully doctors into shoving wombs into their pelvic cavities regardless, just so they can pretend to have periods and maybe stick a few poor doomed embryos in there. You're on track. While not universally true, males just generally have more bone mass, and this is most evident around the joints - knees, elbows, shoulders, wrists. Even painfully skinny dudes often have big knobbly joints and broad, albeit bony, shoulders. It isn't necessarily obvious or even something the average person would notice (it isn't as if the average man is built on a whole other scale or anything so blatant), but once you start paying attention to the wrists of (bio, obvs) women you deal with in your life vice the wrists of (bio, obvs) men, you will be well on your way to becoming an expert tranny clocker.
