IMDB is not the greatest indicator of content. People downvote wildly popular shows and movies all the time for a variety of reasons. It ranges from SJWs with their panties in a knot over imaginary racism and ableism to hipster douchebags trying to be contrary to pop culture to epik trollin weenz. And the reverse is true, too. People upvote truly terrible shit because they won't take off the nostalgia glasses, they're over-protective parents with a limited range of media because of how strict they are, and even more epik trollin weenz (and honestly, being paid to upvote by the distributor isn't out of the question either).
 
You know, Barneyfag, you really haven't given us any objective reason why Barney is bad. It's all you screaming that it's terrible because you say so.

There's an elementary school in Arizona that was opened around the height of Barney popularity circa 1995. They let the kids pick the school colors. They picked purple and green.

And right here is another example of a desperation to sound more mature. It's readily apparent that you had to have really loved watching Barney, since that anger is really rearing its head.

Although fetishism towards the character of Barney is odd, it's not unheard of for socially challenged people to do it. I imagine your specific denial here indicates you also have a crush on or want to have relations with either one of.the ponies or with the squid girls from Splatoon.
