Anyone got lore on how ghosts upgrades from ps4 to ps5? Josh on Twitter seems pretty sure that him having the ps5 version gameshared means kat also bought a ps5, havent payed any attention to this game so I’ve got no idea

from my understanding here's what's all going on

kat bought ghost of tsushima instead of phil, so he was using kat's license when he streamed the game originally
since phil is stupid, he thinks that because he played the game on his ps4, he owns the game himself, so he's trying to buy the upgrade from ps4 to ps5 on his ps5, but he doesn't own the fucking game, kat does, so he doesn't have the option to upgrade

so he has to go buy the upgrade and dlc on kat's account, and then will be able to put kat's account on his ps5 and then dl the games via her account and be able to play using his

it's really really not hard to figure this out, if you don't own the game on your account, why would you be able to upgrade it? guy's such a fucking retarded nigger

My 2 cents about PS4, PS5 game upgrades. I originally bought disc version of Marvel Avengers for PS4 but when PS5 came out, if you still owned the PS4 version you could pop it in the PS5 and get the free Upgrade to PS5 version thru an update.

There is this trend lately where he claims he is just getting everything he wants and needs.

There is this trend lately where he claims he is just getting everything he wants and needs.
I'm not sure what he's doing or why, but maybe someone that understands US business better can take a guess.

I can already see Phil claiming all this new toys (X Box, Laptop, Chair) as business expenses and therefore tax deductibles. Now imagine if one collection worker checks Phil out sees the video and hears those magic words "They were donated to me by an annonymous fan". Now THAT should make Phil a target for a juicy audit. Then again Phil is so low on the ladder that he will just fly under any check radar (though one might argue how can a guy who declared bankruptcy last year can purchase so much stuff . After all the X Box, the chair and the laptop combined are nearly 2k$).

Honestly, just to add to my previous point. Katherine didn't even buy Animal Crossing, a game she bloody loved, and totally fucked over Phil's streams due to her playing the game. I even remember it being a big point during his bankruptcy that Phil and Katherine use gameshare so he shouldn't be able to claim his games are for his business.
So why all of a sudden is she buying games for him, when she was too cheap to buy games or even add to the household when Phil was half a million dollars in debt?
Blows my mind because she is either utterly exceptional, or Phil is playing some weird angle.

I wouldn't be surprised if Phil was buying Khet games, but trying to word it in a way to make it sound like Khet was buying them. After all, it would hurt his begging narrative if he was buying games outside of the stream. I could also see her buying games for herself, but agreeing to share them with Phil because there's really no reason not to. Really, what's most surprising to me is Phil managed to figure out how to use gameshare.

I saw that too though I tend to agree with Phil that those games might have come with PS Plus and most likely he or Kat clicked on "add to library" out of reflex. I do that with the Epic Game Store from time to time when games are up for free and then never touching the games.

And in my gut I feel that Phil is playing some weird angle AND she's utterly exceptional. Maybe what little she makes he makes her spend on fast food and video games so she can't save up money to leave his ass? I don't know but seems like the path of least resistance. Maybe DSP literally gives her prestreams where he explains his finance issues to her to get her to buy him a video game.

You know damn well that they have a joint account, and then Kat has her own separate account (likely utilised the most during the bankruptcy) in order to funnel funds away from creditors. This is a very common tactic and is often advised to people who file for bankruptcy.

Maybe I'm just becoming more jaded about this stuff, but why should we care if Phil or his dozen legitimate fans (I'm feeling generous today) thinks we are full of shit and/or lying, or just making stuff up? If someone is swayed by Phil to the point where they aren't going to come here and see the range that's run here between our autistic speculation and our autistic info gathering, they weren't going to understand the difference between them anyway.

Are we really concerned about our credibility that much? If that's the case, I have a couple of hard pills to swallow: the fact a community has formed here to laugh and archive all the shit that happens is fucking cringe. It just is. This place is full of really funny, creative people, who dedicate more time than they should to watching and archiving internet retards for fun. We also have no credibility. A good chunk of the internet hates that this site exists (see any of the DDOS attacks) and even if every thing that was posted on here were perfectly cited essays, the site's rep is still that of a bogeyman to people like Phil.

I see nothing wrong with speculation, even if it goes stupidly far. I think it was @Nigel of Ukip who said it a while back: Phil's gonna say he's a victim regardless if he's actually victimized. So let's just have fucking fun with it.

This whole thing was spurned on because I wanted to add to the calling his wife mom so many times. Once isn't that weird. Everyone knows people who have called some female figure in their life mom, like teachers, or managers, at least once. It isn't that weird, but it's still a little weird. I don't think it's a kink thing either. Maybe this is just because of how much degenerate shit I've encountered in my life, people in those sorts of relationships tend to be either very good at controlling it since they are well aware of how weird it is and don't want to alienate the people around them with it (good and mature) or else are way too fucking overboard with it to the point where it becomes part of their personality.

Phil's just a retard with a mushmouth and dependency issues. Kat isn't his Dommy Mommy. I think the odds of him having his actual mom living with them is higher than that.
