Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Taliban still would've taken over with Trump in charge. Biden fucked up the withdrawal, for sure, but to think the end result would've been any different under Trump or anyone else is delusion at its finest.

Biden has taken covid a lot more seriously than Trump did. Biden takes environmental issues far more seriously than Trump did. He also is pushing for a new tax plan to tax richer people, although if that gets passed is anyone's guess. There's more than just that but I don't wanna spend all day sperging.

Trump also tried to overthrow election results when he lost, which undermines our entire democracy and is still pushing the whole "voting fraud" stuff which idiots on here still believe (even without evidence).

So even assuming Trump wouldn't have fucked up the withdrawal, that's still only one point for Trump but still far more for Biden.

Anyone who would've changed votes for only this is probably a liar. I would imagine if Trump had won and this happened in May instead of now, you wouldn't have regretted your vote. Correct?

Stop misrepresenting the Afghanistan controversy. Everyone knows that the Taliban would take over, that's not the problem here. The problem is that Biden threw out trumps organized plan and chose a haphazard withdrawal for 9/11 with no consideration for emergency evacuations. Now that the worst has happened, he is hiding while American citizens are stuck in Afghanistan while allied countries are rescuing their own citizens. No one is moving or trying to improve the situation.
