More specifically he's so fat that not even his cpap machine is able to help him, so he passes out in his sleep, (I know that sounds weird) temporarily loses control of basic body functions and shits himself.

It's sad but then I remember he's a racist babyfur and probably a pedo.
 
I blame his parents. He may be 19 now, but he didn't get that fat overnight. Also, they clearly spoiled him as evidenced that he's a narcissistic asshole. I agree that he's got some pedo tendencies, but as long as the kid can move at a fast walk, they're safe.

As @King n Yellow said, the reason why he shits himself is because when his cpap stops giving him oxygen he passes out and loses control of basic bodily functions.

I'm guessing in the tweets he means that the machine will run out of oxygen and the tank has to be replaced (or something, I don't know if cpap machines use tanks), but he sleeps through it. His dad probably wants someone to check up on him through the night and replace the tank when it runs out/make sure it's working.

CPAPs don't use airtanks, they use a motorized compressor and rely on normal air. There really shouldn't be any maintenance needed during it's operation.

The only place moonface is going to end up if he's forced out of the house is a hospital room. If he lives that long.

Seriously, I'm amazed his father actually still cares about him enough to hire a guy to do nothing but babysit his fatass son to ensure he doesn't fucking die during the night. Of course, I have to wonder the thought process of how hiring a guy to make sure the fatass has enough oxygen during the night is somehow cheaper than getting in experts to help bring fatass in line and actually start shrinking so he doesn't need mechanical help through the night period.

I mean it's something Striker said so, god knows what the actual original intention was. It's like playing a game of telephone with a deaf man.
 
Dad's probably thinking about an LPN or CNA. Those can be pretty pricey. At this point, it's pretty clear Striker can't make his own decisions, so his parents should have him declared incompetent, and force life-saving measures on him.
