It isn't necessary, though it is kind of funny how quickly DSP's stream turned in to a DrugWife% speedrun. There's just the second twist and then some ending sequences. I'd worry about DSP's ability to unlock those, except his chat was already telling him the ways to unlock alternate endings, so whenever he gets bored/frustrated and takes advice, it may bear fruit.

As an aside, DSP ironically hasn't unlocked the easiest ending, where you just sit around and Wife talks to you. Despite him saying something like "The first time, we'll just let it play out," he still armed himself with the knife and hid in the closet. His inability to form any immersion in a game rears its head again.

Looking at a Nazi hat and thinking only of M. Bison is such a Phil thought process I don't expect that to have came from anyone else's brain except Phil's. I also don't think he's smart enough to have come up with that excuse on the fly and off the cuff.

I don't think the "fan" thought it was an M. Bison hat. I think the "fan" was trying to get Phil in to a wacky situation and Phil was just dumb enough to buy it when the "fan" said "It's an M. Bison hat!"

We currently live in ignorance of reality. Right now, to all of us, has 2 potential forms. One in which Phil bought these hats that make him look like a shortbus rider who is particularly fond of cock, or one in which some mad fucking genius got him these hats and Phil okayed these last two.

I'm not sure which is funnier.
 
Did no one actually watch the hat reveal? Nazi hat + 2 others are what dave bought, the "fan" hat wont arrive until later.
