Makes you wonder how much of a burden he was to the parents, especially as he was getting older and stronger and didn't turn into a fairy princess perfect girl by calling himself trans.
Two things that stood out; one, that Trinity’s 1st stepdad, (an ex of the mom but not bio dad,) raised him from 3-14. When a child leaves their main parent/ caregiver who raised them during the formative years, & leaves at puberty, it indicates some family drama. Usually anger regarding the child’s behaviors & so forth. Stepdad #1 may not have played along with the cat girl BS I’m thinking.
Two, that the mom & current MP stepdad #2 have 2 younger children (5 & 11 vs Trinity’s 16) presumably together. So, mom got the chance to be a hero for Trinity w/ his troonacy, & also had her second family in the interim between birthing the sped, to his teenage years. Her circumstances scream recovering addict. No matter how proscriptive anyone can get about her, it’s unusual for a women to not raise her kid, for moral reasons. A woman who abandons motherhood is demonized. “You grow it, you raise it,” is the general, human opinion, & also part of why men get away w/ abandoning kids easier than women. You might be on to something, there is merit to suspicion in these circumstances.
An autistic kid apparently snuck out of the house in the middle of the night, while his parents where home and didn't notice, even though he never did that before. While autists are notorious for being attracted to water and drowning, mom tried to spin the angle that he was lured away by people from the internet.
Vaguely recall hearing about the oddly high proportion of autistic drownings, before. Don’t know much information on that data, though. Also, to know more about Trinity’s functional level, ability to be independent, especially. If he was so smart, was it an idiot savant thing, or was he autistic spectrum, not full on tard w/ a shiny label for the retards of yesteryear? Many so called autist’s are mentally retarded, w/ a nicer job title. He’d apparently never left the house before.
But I'm just an asshole on the internet speculating.
Decided to join the asshole speculation party. Leaning towards accidental death. The mom & MP stepdad #2 feel guilt, but it’s secondary to their established life, & the 2 kids they had, before Trinity moved in w/ them 2 years before his death, after being raised by stepdad #1 for 11 years. It’s a bit odd that the mom leaned so heavy on the internet stranger theory. If the kid really did just take an ill timed walk & an autistic final swim, it could have been a case of mimicry of some video game thing, walking on an adventure, etc etc. Honestly it’s pretty sad.
That article you linked got me speculating about the unusual parent situation too, though. The mom really wanted him to be with a stranger, & that points to this kid being somewhat independent, albeit naive. I get hope for life & all, but it was off-sounding of the mom to keep repeating that “hope.” Caught the bit about her & hubby not “pressuring or forcing him to come back to live with them, if Trinity was happy elsewhere,” & that’s weird shit to say. He’s a kid, a sped kid. RIP you poor little troon, got dealt a crap hand & folded in sad, suspicious circumstances. Can’t help but feel a bit sad about this end for a teen. At 16, the brain isn’t even fully formed for adult decision making.
