Because they dont make him money. He has to put on vests and hats to get money, and his mods are either fake disabled ginger lads, or fat bankrupt Peter Griffins

Phil moves like a snail and thinks like one.
He realized what, 5 years late that video capture card is the way to go?
He is 7 years late to the green screen concept?
We are still 5 years and 2 bankruptcies away from seeing phil realizing that he is a game streamer, not a crossdresser.
 
Imagine how detached from reality someone would have to be to rant about developers creating video games for children.

Sure when phil was a kid it was ok for developers to create colorful cartoon characters like mario and sonic for kids but don't they realize phil is an adult gamer now and doesn't have time for kiddie shit? Why arent they thinking about phil???

Matter of fact, I’ll help him out! Here’s what you do, Phil: jump on Twitter and into the lookingtocommission hashtag. Create a tweet with that tag and say that you need a VTuber avatar. Make sure you’re clear that you want a recolor, Donut Steel version of a popular character. Then attach this picture for a reference:
