For them hell is never getting any sex. The kind they never wanted they still might eventually accept as "at least it's sex." Physical intimacy of any kind will be forbidden to them.

Admittedly I am just thinking happy idle thoughts about what hell might have in store for someone who shoots a 3 year old. Every part of what he did was awful but the fact that was willing to turn that gun on a child before himself kind of kills any desire not to wish him a trip to somewhere with eternity and a lot of creativity in how to make him regret that.

Trying to put incels into a political category implies that they were into politics, then they became angry and full of hatred.

Thanks, something stood out to me first, cause I wanted to know more about the relationship with the mother, as that the one who he killed first.
He talks about growing up working class on a council estate and how his grandfather was immobile and addicted to painkillers. He also says since leaving school the only person he interacts with is his mother (so I assume he has a single mother).

There are two types of firearm license in the UK, shotgun certificates (SGCs) and firearm certificates (FACs). SGCs are for shotguns with a magazine capacity of no more than two (and also smoothbore muskets for some reason). FACs are for everything else that is not prohibited outright (i.e everything except centrefire semi-automatic rifles, handguns, and machine guns), including higher-capacity shotguns. However, FACs are more difficult to obtain than SGCs with a more rigorous vetting process, so it's likely he was using a shotgun with a limited magazine capacity.
