Minor update: the docket has updated to reflect the fact that Matthew Vickers has issued a sworn declaration in the past 24 hours:

In California, this apparently means "a statement submitted under penalty of perjury", and uses this form, which is essentially just a blank space for a statement:

If only he would have known Sandra was going to tell him on her deathbed that they tried to scoop him out of her vagina with a coat hanger in a back alley multiple times, but his gunt was resilient, and they couldn’t succeed and Ralph was born. Unfortunately, Sandra never got the chance to admit it because Ralph abandoned her at the hospital to die because he didn’t want to get the vaccine.
 
Has anyone gotten a hold of any affidavits or given evidence for the restraining order. I remember Dick eventually got Maddox's defense against Mental Jess's restraining order, but that was kind of his own fools effort.

I'm just wondering if there is any claims of illegal actions against the protected individual by the defendant.

Say, like providing alcohol to a minor at a certain mansion in the hills...
 
Vickers should throw in the towel, go on with life and raise his grandson.

Ralph gets off on drama. I would hope Vickers is old enough not to.

Ohh so this is why Ralph was concerned about the fourth hour pay pig bonus on Tequila today.

Ralph did day he had made time for a forth hour bonus if it's founded. By that did he mean have his attorney show up in court? Share his Zoom screen with us?

You know Ralph if you just started your damn streams when they're supposed to start, you wouldn't even have to worry about this.

Tequila Sunrise by all definitions is not a mornimg show. Even when it used to air at 11am, its a pretty big stretch to call it a morning show.

While there's no limit on continuations in the state of California the judge can decide to tell Ralph to fuck off unless a legitimate reason comes up. So unless he's gotta go put his horse down this afternoon, the judge will probably deny any future continuance.
