I think me and Actually have discussed it before, aka just sent a reply to a post, but Youtube's stream link is always delayed and can be delayed for days. You can scroll down the page further to go back a few days and find that he is somehow linking YT streams to posts where the stream hasn't even happened yet. It's a YT/Twitter issue.

Here is an example from July 16th, 2021, a random date I just scrolled down to;

1. Mr Business Degree Burnell incentivizes his viewers with marathons if he DOESNT hit tips goals. It's ass backwards and makes no sense. It is so transparently greedy.

2. If Rule 1 here is to never give DSP any money, then rule 1a should be to stop mentioning OIC. He probably gets off on the attention in DDM chat, KF, Reddit... if we just stopped giving him the attention he is so clearly deprived of IRL, it could be an avenue to get more #SlowNight streams.
