He probably wasn't interested in these men or still prefers women. He's getting off on the validation of duping men and having them think that they're women.

But the story makes little sense as he is 6'5". Women are rarely that tall and he was probably taller than the men who supposedly hit on him. The men likely knew that they were troons.

Also the troon on the right's dress is actually pretty cute, I want that.
