The leak doesn't indicate that Dieter knew Colorado governor Jared Polis (as far as seen with initial search.)

The leak does show a mutual acquaintance with Polis, a man in the California furry scene who works for Burning Man and is very well connected, Xanie.

Xanie knew Polis through gay social life and provided private sexual info about him to Dieter. He also connected Dieter with Russian businessman Mikhail Brodsky for a business deal. Xanie is ID'd by real name in the introduction letter from Dieter to Brodsky. (In the OP.)

The problem is that Dieter has power access AT ALL. If Polis had done anything wrong, then private sexual info about a sitting governor could be under the power of a dogfucker ring tied to Russian money.

What Dieter has directly, is access to astronaut friends, a Russian business partner connected to Russian billionaires, and investors for $185 million corps who welcomed his pitch for funding. The leaks cut off before they say more about the investor meetings in early 2021.

This is power to corrupt or cover up, and it's dangerous to have a governor's private info accessible to that. These dogfuckers aren't the lonely redneck stereotypes.

Re Fursuits: That's funny, because I noticed the same. Oneforall, Noblewolf and BNCreation have a pretty popular trade around murrsuiters especially. They all tend to suck at making different species in different styles, too, so the faces are a dead giveaway. See it like pervert-aposematism.
