I think most people are angry because pedophilia isn't a laughing matter. Especially admitted pedophiles who went around posting obscene pictures of a child, which tells me Butts is a danger to children.

I don't blame anyone for being riled up over it, and I can't say I blame people for being irritated by Butts' defenders. They're becoming just as guilty by trying to cover up evidence, and even willingly passing him pictures of their own children.

Personally, I'll be happy to laugh if Butts gets investigated, ends up being found guilty, and gets put away, all while his fervent followers scuttle around, trying to justify themselves.

My favorite part is that they can't even agree on their defense. I've seen people claim the logs are fake, I've seen people claim that Sarah was underage so it didn't matter, I've heard people say that the GG altered the original logs to make Sarah look worse...it blows my mind. I've actually seen people say that they aren't even going to read the logs. It's beyond pathetic at this point.
 
SJWs taking a minor issue and blowing it up to epic proportions is pretty much what they're known for. Guy compliments your profile image? Write an article shaming the guy for misogyny. Guy sits with his legs spread on a bus? Spend thousands of dollars on ads to get men to stop manspreading. Guy makes a dongle joke? Get the guy fired, get yourself fired in the process. Guy disagrees with you over video games? RALLY AROUND THE PEDO!

One of their main allies being an outright pedophile and that being a news story actually is kind of a big deal. They're trying to do the opposite of what they usually do, and are very loudly proclaiming it's a completely minor issue of no importance whatsoever, despite the fact they're obviously panicking and freaking out.

I think what's really ironic is- isn't Randi Harper the one who tried to start a "I Stand with Butts" hashtag? I think it's basically a call back to when JonTron was getting blasted by SJWs and the "I Stand with JonTron" hashtag was created.
The thing is...

SJWs made an excessively huge deal over the fact that JonTron said "retarded" in one of his tweets.

I dunno if it's just me, but I think posting one's pictures of kids to the wide-open internet is just weird as hell to begin with. Privacy locked down Facebook posts so Grammy can see her is one thing, but randomly handing out pictures of your kids to strangers on the internet to make them "feel better" is creepy enough before you add the pedo allegations.

Yep. Leopirate was the first person to make a video about the situation that wasn't just a guy breathing into a microphone over static images that was actually edited and watchable so it got Milo's attention and the rest is history.
