The sobering reality, is regardless of if you are actually transphobic or you're not, you're viewed as a transphobic asshole if you cut off ties with someone like this.

It really doesn't help that they continue to act like the worst of men because they haven't been socialized as anything other. If their message was more often "I want to meet a nice guy/girl, settle down in a good job and have kids" rather than "I want a lesbian to impregnate me every night with her girlcock, please donate to my Patreon" they'd find a lot more support even for things such as government paid-for surgeries.

The commercials for this show feel so self-congratulatory, like they knew they were making The Handmaid's Tale part two. But it's not enough!

Now, I don't know what the main premise of the show is beyond the inciting incident, but I would imagine it will eventually delve into reproduction. What would a trans man have to contribute to that? (And is the troon audience acknowledging that trans women would die too because of their inherent maleness?)

The When Posting Goes Wrong series was good, I wish he'd do more, but the big Woke Disclaimers in the videos were probably a good sign that he didn't truly think all of Tumblr Discourse was worthy of ridicule. This stuff is funny not because it's a clear misinterpretation of witchcraft or HIV but because people care about it at all. You could tell he wanted those Tumblr types to like him, so it's not surprising that he eventually found a circle of the internet that seems just fine to him, even though trooning out is as nuts as anything he's covered.

Y: The Last Man is mainly a road trip adventure as they try to uncover what caused all the Y chromosomes to die and also protect the last two Y chromosomes (the named man and also a monkey that survives) from the people who find out about it and thus want it/want to eliminate it/etc. It tries to show a society where women have to step in and replace all the men. Lesbianism is touched on as more than just reproduction but ideas like comfort, relationships, a need for forms of stability, etc. The trans man in the comic was just a throwaway "look, I acknowledged they exist!" But they weren't really key to the plot or anything, it sounds like the show is playing that up more because it's 2021 and you have to. They'd have to throw away everything about the plot if you could just "I'm a woman now!" and survive it. Of course, the troons want denial about the Y chromosome having (or not having) anything on it that the others don't.

edit: Then again if I was writing it, I'd add a warlord who claims to be a transwoman, but is just a woman who used to be a transman. If they're going to complain anyway give em something to really complain about.

In terms of petty tranny sideshows this really has to take the cake, it's a tranny nobody's year-old tweet that has zero responses and zero likes, but when I saw this tweet it almost made me bust out in laughter.
Last August the writers for beloved-by-troons cartoon She-Ra and the Princesses of Power caused a bit of a controversy in their fanbase. She-Ra has a character named Bow who has 12 brothers and all of these brothers also have names that rhyme with "Bow" and jobs that go with these names and one of his brothers "likes to till the fields" and his name is Sow. Obviously this is racist since Bow is black so therefore Sow is black and a black man tilling the fields must be a slave so therefore the writers of She-Ra made a joke about slavery. I only just found out about it and I'm going through these old ass tweets now. This is my favorite response to the controversy.

And that's a problem for them, because even if they do 'succeed' and get accepted everywhere, they inevitably fuck it up by being their weirdo selves. I've been to a few gay weddings in my time and for the most part they are just as normal and boring as hetero ones are. Sure, there are probably a few homo couples out there who get married in fetish gear or things like that, but they've tended to segregate into their own spaces, and for that matter you will also find hetero couples into weird sex shit. The point is, both gays and heteros are for the most part made up of people who are willing to show up and play along with the rules of society when they're around others, and the minority that don't play along in either group mostly keep it to themselves and don't try to force their weird habits into 'normal' spaces because they don't want to.

Trans people are trying to have it both ways: trying to portray themselves as worthy of being accepted unconditionally into any area or social situation they desire without anyone blinking, but also demanding that they not be called out on their extreme behavior in any way because we are told it makes up an integral part of their identity. They want to be treated the same as a thirty-something kids' librarian or a middle-aged social worker in terms of the access they get, but they also want to dress like hookers, act like weirdly exaggerated caricatures of their chosen gender, make off-color comments, talk about their amholes all over social media, and act completely unreasonable whenever anyone disagrees with them. This is far from the only problem with the trans movement, obviously, but it's the one that makes them implode the most.

A good (although actually quite mild compared to some out there) example is Gracy Lavery's staff page here. Can you imagine a female professor having a 'sexy' profile picture like that? The movement demands that we treat and even think of Grace just like any other female-born assistant professor, but also that we accept her posing like a porn model in her pictures, posting weird sex shit all over twitter, tantruming on social media whenever she is contradicted, and so on. We don't just have to accept that she's a human being and wants to work in academia like some other people do, we also have to accept her insultingly sexualized 'femininity' and general clown behavior.
