I looked at bloomchic's website and literally everything is polyester trash made with Chinese slave labor. I guess if you're gonna be fake woke, it's more fun to stuff your face alongside rent-a-minority girls and bitch about size charts on instagram than it is to care about sweatshop labor or the environmental impacts of this crap: polyester production, shipping excessive amounts of cheap garments across an entire ocean, how all of this shit ends up going straight into landfills after being worn a dozen times at the very most.

Someone of Tess’s immense girth and extravagant lifestyle could only be maintained in a world reliant on slave labor. Dozens of hair gays, nail techs, and Starbucks baristas rely on her credit line (as much as she relies on their occasional free services.) Hundreds of minimum wage pastry chefs, TV dinner factory workers and copy writers inflate her ego with press releases and sweets. And thousands of Asian slaves sew together tarps and body bandages to cover her rolls. All of this kept alive on her rising consumer debt, which will pop like a bubble when she keels over at 42.

I've seen countless arguments from wokesters that "there's no ethical consumption under capitalism" and they "have no choice" but to buy from known sweatshops since nothing else fits them, thrift stores aren't possible because blah blah, stop shaming them... thus handily absolving themselves of responsibility, so they can keep buying cheap clothes guilt-free. Most of these people's "activism" doesn't go beyond furiously typing their screeds and call-outs online.

"There is no ethical consumption under capitalism" used to be seen as a call to evaluate each purchase, decide whether it was necessary, and weigh which of your options were the least unethical. And that meant giving up a lot of, if not most, non-essential purchases, simply because what it took to get them to you, as far as environmental damage, pollution, exploitative labor practices, non-repairability, and issues with disposing of them just wasn't worth it, once you'd thought it through.

But behind all their progressivism, the kids on social media who say it these days are a buch of spoiled brats, thoroughly indoctrinated by a constant barrage of (capitalist) media to be avid and insatiable consoomers who would put their Boomer parents to shame, if only they had the money. They don't want to give anything up; they think they deserve to acquire whatever they want, and have an inherent right to do so. Thus, "there is no ethical consumption under capitalism" is used instead to handwave away all legitimate concerns about their consumption: habits: "It's all unethical, so we might as well not even bother to try doing different."

I feel like the rise of normie social media platforms like twitter, instagram, and tiktok are a huge culprit as to why "no ethical consumption" and political opinions in general have been reduced to hollow, dumbed down slogans as well. Forums like KF used to be a lot more common than they are now, and forums actually let you discuss things in depth. On most other platforms, everything gets reduced down to stupid soundbites and PSA posts, if you disagree with someone's stupid Instagram psa they can just delete your comment and ignore you. Since a forum thread doesn't "belong" to anybody there's more room for actual discussion, people don't just start agreeing with whoever has the most followers or views no matter how awful their takes are.

Her body reminds me of King Shark from Suicide Squad.

It'll be interesting to see what happens in the next few days/weeks with all the fuss that's kicked off from the dress. From what I have seen, if there isn't some serious damage control, there's more than Bloom Chic getting dragged through the mud.
Tess is out on the town again, looking fine (allegedly)

wearing another perfectly fitting dress

New fun game - back or front?

*Hint, only the shoulder strap gives it away

Tess is getting heat on her insta, and fabletics has been brought into it

Nadia has brought out a new collection, named a dress after Tess, or Ryann, but maybe it wouldn't actually fit Ryann because Nadia is the one shown wearing it

which is fine, because Tess is the sole reason Nadia upped her size range in the first place (remember calling the “after all I've done for you” comment? Bit anticlimactic, but still.. she put this up soon after)

These people demanding more than a 4X need to hop on the treadmill but I do think it’s hilarious watching them criticize Tess.

Them back titties. Jesus.

LOLOLOL at Tess' lame attempt to not only humblebrag about her failed "capsule collection" (god, what a fucking dumb name for a mini clothing line), but she's also tagging in her "BFFs" in hopes they'll come and be her shields from critcism.

LOOK, Y'ALL! I'M POSING WITH CRIPPLES AND FAT BLACK TRANNIES! I'M A GOOD GIRL!

LMAO, FTF must have absolutely no standards about who they collaborate with.

Agreed and this extends to their whining about late stage capitalism. Many don’t realize just how many jobs exist because of late stage capitalism, such as morbidly obese fashion models or social media managers who spend eight hours a day refreshing their corporation’s Twitter page to see if someone new liked their bland statement about the corporation’s commitment to diversity. Most progressive wokesters have jobs that are not actually necessary but they exist because technology and third world slave labor has evolved to the point where people get paid frittering their days away on social media instead of working at a foundry, a mine, or a subsistence farm.

Like I said: Size inclusivity extends both ways. If you’re not fighting for your fav Chinese brands to go to 0-10, you’re just a bitter fatty.

I remember back in the early 2010’s when HAES were “pushing for size inclusivity” by demanding Target, Walmart and other bargain bin fast fashion go up to a size 16. Ten years later we have heffalumps boycotting brands that don’t go up to a 26+. What a world.

On another note I came across this listicle of throwback photos of Tess. Here are my two favorites.

Edit to avoid a double post:
Tess got her hair dyed and cut. Her widow’s peak is destroyed, peep the scalp triangle

She looked like a demon child.
Also lol at "Her story serves as a reminder to keep going and always follow your dreams" ah yes 'cause she's such an accomplished supamoda, an activist, a perfect mother... LMAO
Farting on cakes and living of off sugar daddies who don't wanna have anything in common with her, all the bottom of the barrel gigs and bought friends that don't hang out with her unless there's something for them to gain out of it and children that grow without her motherly love... Such a dreamy existence, something to strive for, for sure.

Bitch needs pasties for her back boobs.
She could tattoo nipples on them and it still wouldn't be as bad as the scorpions on her belly.

Did it include this one of her? (We all knew that girl in school, we weren't friends)

In other news: three days ago Bloom Chic was saying Tess wore a 22, now in a different post, they're saying it was a 20, because some sizes run big. Idiots don't know when to quit. Noone believed it was a 22, so wtf is the logic here?

ETA- fucking hell. The more you look, the worse it gets. And is that chin stubble on her very manly jawline?
