That bloated red-faced appearance looks like heavy drinking to me, although it could be something else like being on steroids (not the weightlifting kind, the corticosteroid kind). That would explain the chipmunk cheeks.
He looks fucking insufferable in the second picture though. Something about his expression just makes me clock him as the kind of man who thinks he is sensitive and empathetic, but actually just likes using any woman he meets as his personal unpaid therapist.

Of course the wife is responsible for taking the kids to therapy and he's in charge of traumatizing them again. I guess the stability of that is better than whatever living nightmare they were dealing with when the trooning first started.
Also no idea what "Azzyland" is but assumed by that still he was bragging about watching porn with his daughter three times.. Extremely relieved that doesn't seem to be the case for now.

It seems to be a theme with troons. Guys like this always act demure and submissive and constantly fake smile, but once they transition it's mask-off mode. They drop that facade and turn into obnoxious violent narcissists. I wonder if it's the hormones or if they were always like that and the cottagecore act was just a dating strategy.

People retreated back to "oh, ok, I'll just think of it as brain sex" and stopped pushing them on it to avoid confrontations.
