It's also been widely speculated that Mama Burnell has been giving him money every month. He's said before that he talks to his mahm (actual mom, not muh wife *thumbs toward door*) every week, so it's likely that he cries poor and she kicks him a few shekels to buy ingredients for sauce or something.
 
It speaks to Phil's stupidity the fact that he's driving towards a brick wall at such velocity because he won't stop playing a shitty mobile game. He would be doomed anyway, but if he could have quit, at least it would take long enough for him to die before losing even the tiny audience that he has.

How appropriate, that one of the things he is so adamant about keeping, is contributing to him losing another thing he wants to hold onto: being carried by retards for the rest of his life.

I really want Phil to work one week at a UPS preload facility. Those people hire anyone who can fog up a mirror with their breath and they would work him like he has never been worked before. Just the amount of complaining he would do for years after his one week would be hilarious

It's been touched a million times but just a reminder just how, by his own hands, bleak his job prospects are:

Phil has no useful skills and his work experience and degree are from 10+ years ago. He's a liability, because he's not physically fit to work. The guy also has an utterly awful track record with being a toxic person with his customers and the companies he works with

The jobs he thinks he deserves/is entitled to are ones that would pay him at a rate comparable to what he is making now to even consider it. and that's $50+/hour range that doctors and the like earn.

To put it lightly, he's not qualified for any job that's not entry level stuff.

But that's the whammy, the only jobs left that phil could get he says he's physically incapable of doing.. Retail, fast food, driving (delivery, transport, etc), labor, cleaning. Guy can't stand for long periods of time. Can't sit for long periods of time. Can't handle anything that's the least bit strenuous.

To say the least this guy is going to be:
-a poor worker
-gonna drag the morale of coworkers and company down by constantly whining
-not getting the work done by being lazy and incompetent so others will have to pick up his slack
-would not be surprised in the least if he feigned some tumble and tried to scam for workers compensation and/or disability so he can be paid to stay home again

He can't even fall back on getting a job in his industry. For a hardcore gamer, he doesn't KNOW anything or anyone. Any opinion he has is twice to three times regurgitated from the news sites and journalists he hates so much and the fans he doesn't respect. Has no skill or unique insight into any game he plays and the guy is straight up radioactive, no one in their right mind would work with him.

As Phil has said, "There is no plan b, there never was" He has to make this sinking ship work at all costs, no matter how hard he has to cry and beg for people to throw him money because this guy has no other options. I'll say this though, he's sitting pretty with his making a few hundred bucks a day but man is he walking the knifes edge. Getting kicked out of youtube, paypal, patreon, isn't impossible as shown with the loss of twitch. Simple google search of "banned from youtube/patreon/paypal" and you'll that it is actually really REALLY common and that it's happened to people who've done less than phil.

It's almost like he's intentionally tanking his own channel but really I chalk it up to good old fashion ineptitude on Philip's part. Mind you his channel is tanking regardless of what games he picks in the long run, at the end of the day DSP drives people away with his toxic and greedy attitude. Only the most lonely autistic outcast incel losers can get behind the King of Hate's "positive" messaging.

Pro tip: don't play lame games, from the perspective of the viewers, when you are lazy, boring, unoriginal and untalented. There are only two ways, I think, to make those somewhat interesting. Either have an entertaining personality/persona or do a challenge run (crazy mods, self-imposed restrictions)...ah, or maybe a lore run.

Only speculation of course but I think his "gamer ego" broke completely after Ghosts 'n Goblins (or whatever the fuck it is called). He realized he was never the king of retro, he never had skill, nothing but SF2. So what do you do? Play lame games without risking bunch of fuckups is the way out...you would think. Dude can't even run his mouth anymore because he matoored and bestiality married.

The only way for Phil is to create drama or else his actual fans die of boredom because, like Phil, they have nothing else to do.

He has probably screwed himself out of doing any other kind of job by not having something just entry level and for long periods of time. The other thing that really screwed him over was the bankruptcy and revealing how little he does small business wise for his "company". He could easily fill a resume out of things he had to do for his youtube channel that could be put into small business terms that could help him transition over to a corporate job.
(All of this being listed out would be under the assumption that he is competent)
-Managing invoices and shipping with new games and systems being delivered to his house
- Tracking and covering news in related fields
- Dealing with customer service and social media for promotion
- Creating and managing income statements and balance sheets
- Dealing with legal procedures from bankruptcy to copyright law
- Moving business headquarters and dealing with different state laws
- Scheduling and planning out streams and uploads to maximize views for show



These could be easy resume fillers that would allow for a 10+ gap of time in the workforce that could help you not have to take an entry level job but Phil decided that back up plans are for idiots and relying on lonely retards on the internet tipping you until they become bankrupt was the better route
