Take into account the Loretta Janke last name it would mean her mothers maiden name was Loretta and her fathers last name was Janke since it's common for Latin American women to ask for the hyphen since it's normal for them. Many people from Mexico and other Latin countries do this. Then again it could have it reversed and a Latin man could have married a woman of European descent. That's why you see a lot of hyphens in latino last names.

Her dad is pretty damn white and has a very uncommon (In the US) Dutch surname. For sure some Dutch blood in him. Of course Isabella is as Spanish as you can get which fits the Latina mom. Does that make Isabella Loretta Janke Castizo? Also lol at the Republican dad marrying a Latina
