The dude was in shit technical form and 20 years older than the women he competed against. The only reason he made it into the olympics was because of the advantage of having a man's body.
Whether he threw it or not, the world just saw a fat man fail spectacularly in a competition he should have won easily if he'd only had the basics down.

Now that I see this, I'm convinced he and NZL threw.
  • In the past his first lifts were always around 120kg. This should be routine for him and the lift should have a high chance of success.
  • He failed the first 120kg lift, so why would he increase the weight by 5kg? To my knowledge and quick research, there's no rule saying that he has to increase the weight if he fails. Increasing the difficulty when you failed is just a retarded thing to do and makes no sense, unless you're throwing.
  • If we look at his past stats, we can assume that he would have gotten a 125 snatch and a 150 c&j for a total of 275. He wouldn't be on the podium, but he would take 5th. I still think that he would have caused some sort of scandal (it might be worse if he beat the Korean woman as Korean radfems do not fuck around) so to ensure that no body could have the ground to say anything he threw. I think it's more likely that he was convinced or bribed to throw.
I have no idea if he threw by not training or if he threw because someone convinced him not to, but it would be a huge waste of time if he got into the Olympics and then just decide to not train properly for it so I'm in the "he was bribed" camp.
I think this is a classic boiling frogs in water strategy: first normalize men competing with women with the reason that it's fair and then normalize men beating women in women's sports. I guess they didnt want to make it too hot and shock the world by having him beat a true and honest woman even if he doesn't medal. I thought he was going to medal or at least try his best because AGP narcissism is a force to be reckoned with. But for him to just totally throw and DNF.... I wonder how big the bribe was.

The court case related to Keira bell did actually comment on this as far as I remember. The reason for the low rate of of desistance in kids who are given blockers and hormones is the same reason for so few kids getting off the water slides at theme parks when they’ve pushed off - once you’re in there you can’t get off. Puberty blockers reduce iq by about ive standard deviation, leaving these kids with immature minds. Cross sex hormones on top of constant grooming leaves them with no physical or mental ‘off ramp.’ Kate is in fact arguing against her own case, because the judge in the bell case noted very clearly that kids given no grooming desist at very high rates.
