He was playing up some the idiocy for the stream and Twitter, but he really is a 506 lbs 19 year old who shits himself and wears diapers.

Not sure what the hell job he could be decent at, he can hardle talk as it is with that mound of neck fat choking his vocal cords. If hes 506 pounds then im sure he has pretty bad nerve pain, so there goes his standing for long periods of time. As far as i can tell his occupation is up in the wind.
 
At this stage, he could drop dead at any time. How would you even do an autopsy through all that fat?

Honestly I'm legitimately wondering how he doesn't fall through the floor. Maybe he's so slow and inactive that he doesn't put too much stress on the floor when he moves?

More likely what happens is that he his so fat that he is incapable of standing and has to crawl everywhere thus making the weight distribution more even
 
I don't mean to sound fucking sadistic or something... but part of me wants to see what would happen if he slipped and fell down a crowded staircase.
