Possibly. Honestly, the minute her current grift becomes passé, she’s probably going to go on a deleting spree and get a new persona. With June being 30 and still trying to appeal to teenagers with her politics, it comes across as “hello, fellow kids” to me. You can see it in the way she gets her points across. Her mind is probably 99% memeing at this point. While I love a good political meme like everyone else, she lacks the substance in explaining why she thinks her position is better. For instance, I have yet to hear about the logistics behind how June wants to implement her economic policies based on Huey Long to fit modern day. Ideas are great and all, but if you lack any plan, it’s hard to actually make it happen.

In 2016, she was pretty much “Hillary is bad, there are only two genders, the wage gap is a lie”. She mirrored what all the other Skeptic Inc. people were saying. Then she moved onto Breadtube and decided to support Bernie and Yang. She still is somewhat like that, but now with added guns, simping over dead politicians, and trying to be an edgy populist. Once her looks are completely gone, it would be funny to see her go full Neolib, something that she despises right now. I would like that arc.
 
It's great that no matter what side you think you're on, or how safe you think your private space is, all it takes is saying one little word without any connotations for the entire hivemind of social media to eat you alive. People are scary.

But the question itself is beyond her ken.
She can't even sound intelligent, everything has to be filtered through memes and slang. If this isn't feckless, unproductive rebellion then what is?

I feel like she’s just taking Huey’s quotes that she likes and not really doing any deep dive into who he actually was. I’m fine with people having favorite dead politicians, but if you like them enough, don’t just rely on news pieces, random quotes, and the like, go for the stuff written by Huey Long and look at the types of bills that he passed. I’ll admit that Huey did help with the infrastructure a lot in Louisiana, but he also effectively ran Louisiana as a governor while he was a senator, which even if I happen to like someone, I don’t want that practice to be normalized for how bad it can make things. Asking Shoe to look beyond the “based populist” memes of him and actually research is too much to ask.
