What bait? Their profile picture has to be someone, that person literally has a horn on their head in their picture (mlp shit). Clearly it's someone they know, reverse image search finds nothing. It's not a celebrity. And looking up that name you find a women who fits the image AND is from texas

I too sprout a horn in "less professional" pictures.
This seems like she's just throwing someone she knows under the bus in panic; the horn and wig(?) doesn't scream mlp, it's not even on her forehead, this is a Halloween costume or similar. You can see someone cut off by the frame that looks like they're dressed up as Obito Uchiha(?
