That means they can't be prosecuted or sued for not doing it. Their department can still fire them for it. None of the cops who arrest their lieutenants for DUI are worried about going to prison. They're worried about losing their jobs, dude.

chris spoke of it and attended classes at a hospital for"caring for dementia patients" and of course made it about himself and how he has dementia too
 
Alright, I have read this entire thread so that I could for my complete idea of what's happening and here are my opinions.

This is obviously really chris chan really saying these things. This is not spliced audio, this is not a deep fake. This is the genuine article of him actually saying these things. I understand wanting to grasp at the possibilities so we don't have to admit that we are going hyper speed to he jail/sucide arc, but I think we all have to start from accepting this is real audio at the very least, and then talk about the legitimacy of the content from there.

So let's talk about if what chris is saying is legitimate. In the past whenever chris has been blackmailed or forced into saying something against his will he has been overtly and excessively obvious about it. In all previous examples hes done the absolute bare minimum of saying what he was supposed to and often goes out of his way to sound stilted and wrong. I think it's safe to say he isn't being FORCED to do this in the sense that nobody is holding a gun to his head for example.

However, Chris has shown extraordinary willingness to damage his reputation and property when he thinks doing so will get him something that he wants. Such as when he gleefully and willingly destroyed his playstation, or the video where he sat on a cake for a girl, and many more. It is very possible that Chris could be convinced to willingly say all this if like 10 people all kicked in 200 dollars and told him he'd get 2k for saying it. Let's put a pin in this option for a second because I think theres one more.

In the past Chris has said some truly insane bullshit with complete confidence when he thought he was TROLLING THE TROLLS. He has often hidden information by saying something much worse and stupider then the thing he was hiding, and then gleefully talked about how he tricked people. Not realizing that his trick made him look much worse than whatever he thought he was hiding. Null seems to think this is the answer, and while i'm not sure I agree, it's certainly possible.

Finally, let's all take a breath and say, I think the simplest explanation is that Chis is fucking his mom.
 
Wouldn't it make more sense to say Null paid the girl who was talking with him?

My bad I'm expecting Ralph to engage in rational behavior.
