I know of an Ana-chan and she lost all her teeth and was on deaths door before finally giving into rehab. Eating disorders are scary as fuck at one point I became overly obsessive with losing weight but it was nothing compared to what they go through.
 
Anisa was likely never anorexic. I agree with the "disordered eating" thing but I doubt it was full on anorexia.

Anyway, their yard looks like trash. They move to the shittiest, most expensive housing markets in the country and have to settle for million dollar houses in the ghetto. You just have to laugh.

You really look at Anisa and think that she has any amount of self-esteem?

Her entire Internet history wouldn't be a constantly shifting persona, looks, attitude, and opinions to fit whoever she was dating and whatever was the likeable thing at the time in a desperate attempt to get others approval. She wanted to be a model because models are beautiful, and if she is a model, therefore there is proof that she is beautiful. She wouldn't have these frequent, dramatic changes in how she presents herself, and she certainly wouldn't get impulsive, permanent cosmetic alterations to chase a new aesthetic if she had even a smidgeon of confidence and self-esteem. Shit, even going from her 'I'm so much better than Zoie's hoe squad' to having an OnlyFans because every other thot is doing it right now and gets attention for it.

Every time she does something extreme, she has to defend it, where a truly confident person wouldn't give two shits what other people think. A confident person might impulsively shave their head because they'd think 'Hey, I'm hot and can totally pull it off, and if people hate it what do I care?' Not her dragging it out for weeks, constantly asking if she should and teasing that she's going to do it, and then make a ton of posts of 'It's totally okay that not everyone likes it! I'm not bothered that my numbers are declining and fans are calling me ugly. It's super cool that we all have different opinions!' My God, cope harder Anisa.

I'm not trying to shit on your opinion or anything, but I'm baffled that anyone could look at her and not see how massively insecure she is. It's screaming in her eyes constantly and in everything she does.

Not really. For a sedentary female of Anisa's age 1800-2000 is pretty standard. For sedentary men it's more like 2200-2400.
