The answer is like the 5 stages of grief: they can be done in any order, as long as they experience at least 2.

Acceptance never comes. If it did they'd probably skip trooning out in the first place (or at least be open with their AGP or Yaoi addiction).

Otherwise there's no point to ordering them, as long as you tell them to go fuck themselves you're fine.
