To add to the recent discussion— this is why you can’t coddle FTMs. Men, even young troon dudes, would not be given this same kind of access to kids; there would be many more checks and precautions if a 20 year old guy wanted to work with children.
For the most part, women don’t have the baggage of being thought of as a potential sexual predator which allows for women like this one to work her way into these orgs and attempt to indoctrinate the kids with her regressive, dangerous ideas.

Steve Kondik, now "Stefanie Kondik", was the creator of the CyanogenMod Android ROM, initially as a community project for porting and maintaining Android to all kinds of devices and modifying it, at one point being on 50 million devices (also having served as a base for all other ROMs developed by communities such as xda-developers).
Being a community project, he wanted to monetize it, so he created Cyanogen Inc, and after failed partnerships with some device manufacturers, and community backlash of the monetization of open-source software, he was ousted from Cyanogen Inc., and the project was abandoned, eventually being replaced by the community-led LineageOS, without Kondik's involvement now, LineageOS being far more successful.
This of course, wasn't to end well.
There were occasional appearances of Kondik on platforms like YouTube for interviews, and Android-related journals or forums, as well as activity on the project itself, like on mailing lists, twitter and GitHub, however, it all seemed to stop after the 24th of December 2016, when the CyanogenMod project was officially disbanded.
Some background on him, from 2019, which is when most information is available from, he seemed to be polyamorous, to be with children that most likely weren't his, and to mostly keep his hair dyed:
