Pretty sure it's just festering cock sweat and dead skin cells and everyone here is just thinking about it too hard. Most of them likely don't shower and if they're wearing too-tight women's underwear (and keep in mind we've heard many of them only own/stole one or two pairs to wear in secret), it's not hard to imagine something more offensive than their normal unwashed autist stank starting to accumulate. The fact that he thinks normal "woman smell" is actually just the same as huffing a moist, unwashed jockstrap is a pretty much downright offensive level of cope. I wish someone could convince them it's much more womanly to wash your ass regularly to avoid any body odors from becoming noticeable in the first place, but they only seem to see women in the light of the worst and most disgusting stereotypes about them.
