Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I'm actually of the mind it's way more this than nay overt push for spying by the Biden Admin. If Tucker had things leaked to him, Trump -definitely- would have. Now, Trump could just be keeping quiet on it if he was told, but it's also possible there isn't as direct a push and instead the focus is on isolating Trump.

Probably, but I'd imagine the people supposedly in charge would also like to have as much "plausible deniability" as possible just in case.
 
even if there is Trump surveillance, what will it accomplish? Orange man bad? That happens with or without surveillance. Reports to Biden? Who gives a shit? He won’t remember it.

Well, we do know that what we experience as reality is a simulation/hallucination created by our conscious mind and mediated in the superego through a narrative process. Archetypes are sort of the shared operating system that allows communication between conscious entities, and consciousness is not a localized phenomena so much as a field.

Think of reality as you know it being something like Google Maps. It's a representation that tells you where you are, what sorts of things are around you, and how to get to them in order to satisfy your needs. However your experiential reality is as close a representation to whatever actually exists outside of your mind as Google Maps is as a representation to your experiential reality. It's a shorthand. It's why an anorexic can look in a mirror and see a fat person. It's why a hoarder doesn't go to someone else's house and ask, "Hey! Where's your giant pile of used Chinese takeout boxes?"

Reality is a functional hallucination where you don't see the ingredients, just what's on the menu. But you still only get what's on the menu. So, no flat Earth. Most people used to believe that and we still proved it untrue. Hell, a majority of people today believe in angels, and I don't see those suckers bopping around. But perspectives can be altered. Somehow, some way, there are people who can look at this:
