Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Absolutely, yes. Not committing to things one way or another and then trying to spin/end things for political expediency is quite a miscalculation. It's hard to trust them when their public statements ultimately come out to victim blaming in the face of their many inadequacies.

PS: Politics aside, Menotaur is a moron... it's clear he fails at abstract thinking, definitely not in the 3-figure IQ range, or at least nursing some kind of mental disability. I've seen him make tardposts before on contentious topics. Once he's put on the spot he gets scared (see prior, refusing to post a few lines from his precious legal document) and makes incoherent shitposts while repeating himself.
