Also who categorizes emails as positive or negative? His autismo cult speak is so annoying.

Denial, shift blame and then play the victim. These are the tactics Phil uses every time he is confronted with the truth. In the end, all he can do is convince his brainless supporters because anyone else can see it's obviously bullshit. So might as well let him sit in his hugbox and stroke his ego.
 
Poor Phil needed food for his fur son yesterday and mention he got delivery for breakfast that was "cheap". Doordashin' Ihop is not cheap.
