>mersh contradicting himself by saying it's stupid when daywave did the same thing
>said it's a failed prank because he wont eat it because of his diet
>then says he was going to eat it but they ordered him weird stuff
>one of the items was some plain chicken wings, which he could dress to his liking, which he almost certainly did eat

No, Mersh chose a Desert Eagle for his first gun. He broke the sight on it and was trying to grift a free replacement from the manufacturer on Twitter a couple of weeks ago.
