That was my first screeching thought. My guess is this woman is early 20s and the troon is probably in their 30s. I have seen an insurgence of troons who come out to their wives and then "become" poly targeting very young queer girls.

My time in the field makes this seem likely because the woman doesn't want to invalidate the feels of the troon. And it would smell that nasty. Troons are prone to yeast infections post SRS.

At one point a tranny explicitly accused her of being dangerous and said that she shouldn't be allowed near children. This was a clear and direct example of libel and directly impacted her business. So she actually did tell this person that this was actionable and the tweet needed to be retracted or else she would sue for defamation (this is the source of the current "I've ignored porn posted to children" quote that they think is a gotcha and not yet another example of trannies showing porn to children).

And the trannysphere really loved this because it gave them an opportunity to claim that JK Rowling is trying to silence them by threatening to hold someone legally accountable for the things the say on the public record. They're still riding off of that high.
