He's not dangerously mentally ill at all, that sort of shit is common in most armed conflicts. It's so common that it's normally just ignored. Extreme sadistic urges are part of all of humanity, especially during war, and this is the exact precise time where you would expect to see it.

That said, all of the people in the vid seem black to me.

Honestly, South Africa's stupid is a special kind of stupid. They have:

-Crazy black-supremacist views from having alot of universities that engage with reject British/American academics. RhodesMustFall and Fallism started in the UK.
-A single party state like Mexico from people blindly voting for the Nelson Mandela party because of dumb nostalgia. This has lead to a patronage system like Mexico, but far worse due to American-style race pimping.
-A progressive constitution rather than a liberal one. Free housing, hate speech, privileges for different groups, etc
-Insanely powerful unions that literally protect 100% illiterate teachers because of that constitution
-A history of Apartheid that was brutal and recent. No Black vs Black wars to muddy the waters. Unlike other African places, few can praise Europe and look to it as a model. Other African countries will elect white and brown people based on merit. Those whites elected in South Africa come from an elite that grovel and pander to racist insanity or are from the few white-majority places.
