I had those exact symptoms after recovering from covid in early/mid 2020 and they were all 100% lifestyle related. Turns out discouraging people from getting exercise and causing artificial scarcity of nutritious foods is bad for them, who could have thought.Overall, 26% of participants reported that they had not fully recovered at six to eight months after initial COVID-19 diagnosis. 55% reported symptoms of fatigue, 25% had some degree of shortness of breath, and 26% had symptoms of depression. A higher percentage of females and initially hospitalized patients reported not having recovered compared to males and non-hospitalized individuals.
People who were hospitalised, yeah that makes sense that they may still be fucked up but everyone else would probably see a vast improvement if they ate some broccoli and went for a walk.
