Agree. The package says glucose on it, so something for diabetes? Not sure. Looks pink under because I think her or some random persons legs are under the package. I dont get why tf anyone would post this shit for all to see.

It's a package for a glucose monitoring system, the pink stuff is just her legs seen through the plastic bag. I'm highly skeptical of a real miscarriage being that distinct looking, especially this early on. Unless she bought one of those miscarried fetus filtration kits it'd just be another clot, and such fragile material being so intact is suspicious.

It would be incredibly likely to miscarry something so intact. At that point your baby is basically goop that will get shredded exiting your cervix. But it does look like an 8-10wk specimen so uh Kim you hitting up the cadaver labs at night or something?
 
Nothing comes up with reverse image search, and if you Google "10 week fetus" (not recommended) there are plenty of intact miscarriages at that age. They look remarkably like Kim's picture.

Miscarriages suck, but sadly this situation is for the best. She has had several in a row and doubt she will ever successfully carry anymore. Especially since shes poor, refuses to work and is homeless she cant afford to figure out why and maybe solve it medically.

Always is amusing to see these morons priorities in life. Instead of getting jobs and get a stable living environment for the kid that's actually alive let's motel hop and try and get pregnant.
 
I’m aware of the fact that miscarriages are more common than we think and the Sammieverse doesn’t live in the healthiest environment, but they sure do seem to be miscarrying a lot. Is the collective damage already so irreversible?

Echoing Precocious Halfwit, not to sound cold, but a lot of it is down to the way these women live. Most have poor diets and don't get the right nutrition for themselves, let alone a growing baby. Most don't see a doctor and get proper prenatal care. These chicks live in small bumblefuck towns where your only options for fun are sex, drugs, and alcohol. Most are likely to have an STD that contributes to problems with fertility and pregnancy, and most also don't have qualms about drinking or smoking (weed or otherwise) while pregnant. They also get into ratchet fights and beat each other. It's bleak, but that's sadly how many of them go about their lives.

If she did really miscarry it's for the best and I can't really say I'm surprised. I doubt she had any prenatal care other than potato ultrasounds from the CPC. She isnt taking proper care of the kid she already has, so its not like she needs another one.

If Kim and Sammie are related and both of them have children who were profoundly disabled at birth, plus a slew of miscarriages between them, seems it's easy to draw the conclusion that they come from a line with serious genetic fuckery. Most miscarriages are due to some sort of anomaly in the fetus and not anything the mother did wrong. So if Kim is having multiple miscarriages after a live birth with disabled child, it's weak genetics. Also if Sammy has an incompetent cervix, she probably has had multiple pregnancies that end in miscarriage too. Incompetent cervix doesn't prevent pregnancy, but without surgical interference, the pregnancies don't stick. If that's not the case, it's probably also due to having genetic abnormalities.

These women are always claiming to be pregnant, and it looks like they keep a collection of positive pee sticks on hand for public view. Why the fuck does anyone feel the need to post pictures of this shit unless they are known liars and they feel as though they must provide evidence (real or fabricated)? Probably because they know eventually, when no baby comes, they will be accused of lying.

As fast as they start percolating, then they be ejecting them fetuses, once again posting actual pictures. What the fuck in the name of all that is holy a REAL mother who lost an actual child that had any sense of decency wouldn't post that shit for the world to see...unless it is some googled pic from online to show evidence that they positively were not lying about being knocked up in the first place.

I call bullshit on these bitches from start to finish. And if they actually were pregnant, then it's a good thing that poor little tadpole escaped becoming the offspring of one of those fucked-up, hopeless losers.

Oh I definitely agree about bad genetics. Remember too that Sammie’s sister Laura had a still birth a few years back due to some condition (I forget the name of it).

Who actually knows how many times they’ve been legit pregnant though. They both pull this shit with the tests showing a faint/evap line, never a dark line. Sammie also can’t count and frequently messes up how far along she is. One time I believe she said she was 3 months, then a week later she was 5 months. That only happens on soap operas bruh. I don’t believe anything that these two say.
