I'm pleasantly surprised YT hasn't nuked this one. I guess they only care about "white supremacy" when it concerns some hot-button issue in the USA.

There have been the standard outrage articles from the Left in the US like the one I linked with the youtube video, but Orania for the most part has flown under the radar outside of South Africa.

Dude, America would welcome you with open arms. Get an honest job, don't take for granted the liberties the Constitution provides, and you'll be happy. The half that "doesn't like immigrants" only applies to certain immigrants (namely border jumpers from Central America, underhanded Chinamen, and perpetually angry Muslims/Somalis).

I've noticed the South African accent generally comes in two varieties. You have the thicker, more punctuated Afrikaner accent or the smoother Anglo-South African accent which is somewhere in between English and Australian. The Rhodesian/Zimbo accent sounds straight-up Victorian at times, especially among those who grew up before/during UDI.

Trevor Rabin, musician most famous as guitarist for Yes and as a film composer is South African and has a pretty pronounced Anglo-SA accent.

Ian Smith was the epitome of the classic, old-school Victorian Rhodesian, and it showed in his speaking mannerisms.

In my experience, South African dudes tend to have the more guttural Afrikaner accent whereas the ladies tend to have a more cultured accent. A former CEO of one of Australia's largest banks, Gail Kelly, has a classic example of the latter.
