I'm probably one of the least racist people on A&H for whatever it's worth. Which in the normie world means I'm the local Klansman compared to the local SS member or something.
This is an old issue in Africa which Africans themselves hate. It's the distinction between the hunter-gatherers and primitives and the sedentary empire builders, and that's why the Congo is so fucked up. It wasn't just "let's take over this emir's emirate and add it to our colony", it was "lol dumb primitive, we rule you now." The Congo is insanely fucked up, that's why it's practically ruled by Rwanda (along with Ethiopia, it's one of those African countries that fucking love China and the CCP).
But I think it's likely that someone in the Congo will rise to power and enforce order there and probably kill a fuckton of people in the process.
While I see your point about the Cape, Pan-Africanism is an interesting ideology which the global elite had to work hard to deconstruct. Sub-Saharan Africa would be a lot better if it were united like India (except maybe parts of South Africa). Activists like Malcolm X were killed by the US government since exploiting blacks and Africa is an important part of the global elite's plan and blacks must be subservient. Happened in Africa too, like how Thomas Sankara, dictator of Burkina Faso, was assassinated by a French-backed coup.
The global elite know no race, because they're out to fuck us all over. Fucking over Africa is a centuries old project, like when the Rothschilds funded the slave trade, not to even mention the corporate bastards funding the Scramble for Africa.

Could possibly work, but falls due to two trends that have become majorly unchallenged over the past few years.
Trend number one occurs when ethnic groups want to prescribe unique evils to one specific race, culture, or ethnicity (and we all know what grouping that pretty much always is), what you should do is completely shut that shit down from day one. How to counter that is to point out that suffering, inequality, etc are not the monopoly of, nor are they unique to, one single ethnic group. That its not an oppression Olympics, that we all have grievances, that history is more nuanced than people ever really imagine, that if put in the same shoes, many would do much worse, to point out the good and sacrifices made to make things better, among the bad, and that simplistic understandings of history just create future inequalities. Ie: The "noble savage" myth over here, with native Americans and they "dindu nuffin wrong", while having no agency over their lives, while having total agency, while never waging war, while when they waged war it was the white man's fault, narrative should have been shot down at the start.
The Saffa "it was the boers fault, thats why we're all poor, they had complete agency over all our lives" should have been shot down with the pretty obvious example of Indians and East Asians who were also equally "oppressed"; however, they actually exercised the agency they had over their own lives pretty well and came out the better for it, unlike the bantu-zulu.
Half truths and counter-narratives like this should not be entertained and utterly ridiculed; however, with CRT now and other popular mythos, theyve become mainstream, and no society can live in peace with another when grievance and the belief in self-righteous vengeance is the glue holding the counter-culture together.
Second trend that kills any potential for multiculturalism to work is that a centralized civic identity is pretty much dying out in the West. The old "we may be black or white, but we are all Americans" is dying, because people are being taught to look at themselves as black first, and for reasons stated above are attacking white people, which will probably cause white people to identify strongly in their own idpol groups as a result. If not now, it will happen later. Central civic identities used to be stronger, things like a belief in liberty, in free speech, in live and let live, in X work ethic, insert whatever cliche that actually has more depth to it than people give it credit for, used to be much more prominent and unifying, but just- not any more. Its like our collective civic cultures first got watered down to the bare minimal clichés (that American spirit, over here, dead), and now even those clichés are being stamped on.
If you don't have any central identity to rally around, whats even the point if its just blacks vs whites vs natives, vs whatever?
Thats something that people forget with Africa, that a lot of the chaos was certainly caused by coups, civil wars funded by foreign powers, etc. Saying that, lets not forget that China and Russia had their own hand within said conflict as well. The other thing to point out is, not every leader the West helped fund a coup against a coup against was necessarily a saint, by any means. Sometimes, these coups were domestic and it was just a "this person will kill off X leader, or X leader will jail and probably beat these people to death- fuck it, if this person chooses to nationalize industry in a soviet like system, it won't turn out that well, might as well toss in cards with the other party". Africa is in a fucked up way, and while I don't necessarily put all the blame on the Africans for half a century of coups and other things, some of the blame is theirs to share in (especially when we get into differing ethnic groups and tribes), and some of it is also the eastern blocs as well.

The blacks came with progress as always. Running water and paved roads brought them. Also there never was any shortage of work under the aparthied regime
Imagine seeing the progress from the 1920s onward and not having to walk miles with a jar of water over your head. It was an easy decision for many to make to claim heritage in the land and get citizenship
