I would agree with this EXCEPT he is pushing really mentally ill people to transition, going so far as to do their shots for them, and I think his blase attitude about the realities of transition are his attempt to get people to transition since it's "no big deal". He views transitioning other people as a form of BDSM where he's the top. I think it's a little more devious than just someone who is accepting that he's fucked up his body, I honestly think there is a strange sexual component.

Imagine being in an LGBT group with a 50 year old gay man who shares his experience getting in a fist fight with his own brother before getting kicked out of the house by his dad for coming out to him. He recites it with mild irritation but it was 30 years ago and he chuckles at how he got so far without them in his life for a while. A 40 year old trans classic ™️ laughs about a shitty dating experience they had. The other person insulted them even though she said up front she was trans, but she brushed it off, it happened before and it isn't worth getting mad over. A lesbian talks about how her teen friend group isolated her when she came out as a teen since they feared her hitting on them. She focused on the few who stuck with her during that time and she doesn't have hangups since those who didn't weren't her true friends anyway.

Then a redditor speaks up, talks about who's been following him on reddit and starts getting misty eyed in front of everyone since he had to read the usernames of 5 different people.

People this fucking fragile only have power on the internet for a reason. If they weren't terminally online they could fucking get some therapy, even if its just the confidence to be a fucking loon instead of crying or tard raging at 5 words on a screen that don't lead to actions and you only read once.
 
Trans reddits going private is a net positive.

Do I lose easy access to comedy and reading about 'Boners' while wearing a skirt? Sure.

Are the more gullible children on reddit who might 'question' their gender safer? Yep! Instead of being able to just go into that unhinged subreddit full of deranged individuals. They can't. No more 'cracking eggs' of people going through a human identity crisis that could be solved by painting or going outside.

You know, I'm generally too lazy to troll but this Reddit following thing is very low effort but with max seething potential.

I guess Reddit admins are debating whether this is big enough for them to allow reporting usernames. "Quirky" usernames are a big thing on Reddit and I could see a reporting function being poorly received. I for one would be reporting a bunch of the more profane ones in response. Not that they bother me but for the principle you know.

I'm still baffled how people can unironically call themselves a non-binary trans. I'm not up-and-up on this retard lingo but it sounds like an oxymoron to me. Is there any kind of logic behind it or is it just trying to give themselves as many special sounding adjectives as possible?

No logic at all.

If "gender is a spectrum", then there is no "binary".

If there is no "binary", there is nothing to transition between, so "transgender" cannot exist.

But if only some people are "non-binary", then there must be an immutable "binary" - so "transgender" cannot exist.

The whole thing is nuts.
