The reason is that she knows that she has no real personality of her own and that she's about as boring as watching paint dry. All of this shit, the tattoos, the teasing of shaving her head, the meme wedding, etc. is an attempt to feel like and project that she possesses some kind of substance. It's like there's a mentality that this (a personality) can be acquired, like a transaction. It's the type of cringey thing you see and expect out of people (literal children) who are half her age that are in their super awkward stage and are trying to understand themselves and their place in the world.
