When it comes to intersex conditions that make somebody male appear female and vice versa, I think people with them should be able to move through life as the sex they appear as. For some reason, pro-trans people behave as if GCs or TERFs think individuals with CAIS should wear ‘I AM MALE’ badges at all times lest somebody mistakes them for females.

The reason many of us are caught up with this is because it is a common MtF talking point to say "I bet you can't even define 'woman' in a way that excludes trans women without also excluding infertile women!" and it is good to have an answer to that.
I think a layperson (not medical textbook) definition that excludes people raised as girls who have vulvas and who often go through female puberty (just without periods) and often have vaginas of normal depth is getting a little pedantic.

We are also talking about thousands and thousands of years of tradition. Woman is a social category for people born with a vagina and not a penis. Women with CAIS don't even have ambiguous genitalia, they have completely normal-appearing vulvas with a vagina. Retroactively changing the definition of the word because of chromosomes doesn't make as much sense as keeping the traditional common-sense definition. It also neatly destroys all the troon related intersex arguments. Once you wade into the muck arguing chromosomes, the proper frame for this debate is already lost because why are we discussing intersex if the conversation is men with normal XY trooning out and creeping on women? Intersex isn't troonism. Women are people born with vulvas/vaginas. People born with penises are men. And troons don't get to use intersex people as wedges.
I do kind of doubt that someone with CAIS alone would be able to get pregnant because, as far as I know, they do not have uteruses. The vagina just lead to a dead end. So it's likely that the person also has a different genetic mutation/condition that isn't just CAIS alone - I'm not sure when the case is happened but at the time there were probably less comprehensive tool to check intersex disorders and one may get misdiagnosed. There's a case where someone with XY chromosome who has a complete set of female reproductive organs, and could produce egg. This is not CAIS.. but I'm willing to say this is female, in practical sense.
I would rather not play their gay little game where they can always move the goalposts.
