How in the fuck is he short on healing? Even on hardcore (or whatever the mode is called in NV), you're swimming in stims and caps to buy stims shortly after leaving goodsprings. Hell, 9 in luck, and clean out the casinos at the blackjack table right after leaving. You'd have to be a real retar.... Oh, it's dsp. I forgot.
It's his classic "wants to have it both ways" with his gulag chat. He wants chat to be active, but bans everyone all the damn time, then complains about chat being slow and not talking to him, but blows a gasket when they ask him unrelated questions and says they can only talk about the game. You would think that maybe he would spend it with her, maybe doing some fireworks or at least taking part of the community festivities( dont know if they do that where phil lives, atleast im aware that at some communities they make parties and such) truly his living his best life guys and we are all of course jealous of such.

Someone just asked if Phil could have a fundraiser for an XBox.
He turned the camera on for Serious Time, and explained that he currently cannot afford his bills. Therefore, it would be morally and possibly legally (!?) wrong for him to hold a fundraiser for that when he could not pay the bills. However, if someone were interested in just buying and sending him an XBox outright as a gift, he could do that.
He should be careful claiming that he can't legally fundraise for something when he can't pay his bills. Considering he did that three times over for the PS5 not even a year ago...
But he clearly just wants someone to buy him an XBox so he doesn't have to even go through the hassle.

I mean I eat a lot of hamburger helper. So, this rant is kinda personal.
Like, him bitching it took an hour is astounding, but not incorrect. Like, the whole process does take an hour. As in all the downtime included. Which you know, is still quicker than most other food. Which, is why Hamburger Helper is is popular. People don't have to cut up and prepare separate ingredients.
And yes his whole flavor thing is autistic as shit. I often put oregano or taco seasoning or other flavoring in it when Im cooking. Hell my Dad and my brother and I are often talking about the amount of stuff we put in. Because all three of us are busy people. Unlike Phil, we actually come home from full time jobs to actually have to keep working on them. Like if Im eating the italian shells, I just use ground sausage instead of beef.
Also while im on my weird autism train. Pretty sure he had Cheesy Italian Shells. The actual Italian Shells doesnt have that cheesy taste he was bitching about. And IIRC it has the longest simmering time. Like ya'}} doubt that 25 minute time, but some of those, thats legit. I have a system. Because Hamburger Helper takes almost an hour, but its a lot of down time where you can work on lesson plans.

This clown can't help but stick his foot in his mouth every time he opens it. The hamburger helper probably tasted like shit because he still had shoe leather aftertaste.
I will guess the hamburger helper took twice as long as it should have because he fucked it up the first time, threw it out, and started over.

To be fair to Phil the 'Cheesey Italian Shells' Hamburger Helper does indeed require you to simmer it for 25 minutes, then take the lid off and continue to simmer uncovered for up to 3 minutes if it still needs to thicken https://www.bettycrocker.com/products/helper/hamburger-helper/cheesy-italian-shells
So browning the beef at 8 minutes, then adding cold milk & water and the contents of the box and bringing that to a boil is 5 minutes to heat up again, then simmer with a lid on for 25 minutes and maybe another 2 minutes uncovered is about a 40 minute cooking time.
Then you add in Phil being a generally completely useless fuck-ass, his dawdling and waddling, sniffing his fingers, mental pauses to make goblin noises, etc I could see it taking his retarded ass close to an hour before his din-din was ready from the time he waddled into the kitchen.
The really funny part to me is him selling this story to his
s as if he was "cooking" for the entire hour. You barely have to pay attention to brown a pan of beef, it takes 30 seconds to drain and dump the ingredients in, and probably the most labor in the entire process is stirring it occasionally for 5 minutes while it comes up to temp, then you literally just walk away for 25 minutes until it's done.Everything he complained about like "No tomatoes! No oh-rig-in-oh," it literally tells you on the back of the box to add diced tomatoes, or fresh spinach, or Parmesan cheese. Apparently Baby Phil needs special permission from a box to add extra spices to his food.
The kicker for me was him trying to bitch about the dishes afterward. It's a fucking ONE PAN MEAL Phil! wow you had to wash one pan
I also like that Kathy suggested he eat this when it's just a salt, saturated fat, carb bomb almost completely devoid of any other nutrients and today Phil is oinking about how much Kathy must love him because she watches out for his dietary gout-foot needs. She told you to make 1 lb of red meat and dump a package of dehydrated gravy and salt on it. She gives no fucks about or to you Phil.
Only ones I can think of are his health insurance and phone bill.

Depending on how his WA mortgage is set up property tax may be do separate from the HOA and mortgage you mentioned.
Apart from that he's got several (I can't be bothered to keep track of how many) streaming subscriptions and PS+/Xbox Live. Put together these are probably worth a total of $100-200. This should be easy for someone making $120k/year but we are talking about Phil after all. I'm a little surprised he isn't bringing these up when we know he truly believes these are all necessities.
