Why would Null post that this site is run with the use of XenForo if it wasn't a legit license? Doing so could get him into trouble with the company. People who pirate shit don't go off and post "I pirated this shit!". He would have scrubbed all mention of what software he was using. You'd think that this "developer" would know that.

XenForo is a 1 time buy. There is no subscription for the forum software. And you get all the source code since it's in PHP so they can't really do anything anyways. It's all honor system. And even if they could do something it's not like forum software is a growing market. If they started policing their users that wouldn't be a good sales move.
