I think the first part actually says 67111-170416

i might just be a sped tho, i'm not really wrapping my head around the lines themselves.

on closer inspection I'm sure that's what that says, because if you look at the larger but partially obscured code, you can see that it's definitely 67111- and then it cuts off.

- Did more research, checked into that address from Broadalbin just out of curiosity.

For those who don't know, that barcode on the bottom is an FIM code used by the post office to quickly sort mail.

Understanding FIM Marks on Envelopes | Endicia

The Facing Identification Mark (FIM) is used by the USPS to assist in the processing of letter mail through automation machinery.

*edit* I wonder if we can query the 8711 post office for an address? His name should be associated with a location if he is receiving mail there. You may also be able to check the voter roll for that district. All public record but I am a chronic phone poster.

First one is an antipsychotic and second one is delayed release lithium. As far as I can tell both of them are available in Japan. I might be completely wrong and it could be neither of them but at least it's something.

I say it's generic intuniv. It looks very similar and he mentioned it, not like those meds you posted.
Some pills look very similar if you search for peach, round pills in public online databases.
I don't know what the tube thing in the bag is.
