Hmm that actually makes sense considering Anisa was always super insecure and when they started dating Ian had hordes and hordes of young 2edgy4u meme queens thirsting over him 24/7. The idea that Ian could one day leave her for one of them (or even just fantasize about it) must've haunted her every day.
