The Game Theory Rejects twitter has indeed done that with theories such as Simba's Bug Diet and loads of different DarkSouls related one.

Probobly not deranged at all, just very rich and riding a wave that never seems to die. The grubhub meme is dead but he probably started the video when it was at a high. The process is much more similar to "what's popular right now and how can I milk it" then "the patterns, get out of my head get out of my head get out of my head". Almost all of it boils down to reused assets or picking apart devlopers/animators inside jokes and pretending there's something more behind it anyways. The whole ad theory is a very dumb kind of smart, as much as I hate it. It doesn't really have an audience outside of the other two channels but it still draws clicks on the same dumb concept and "hehe xd corporate did an edgy gone sexual gone wrong" will draw the 12 year olds.
