Former President Donald Trump on Thursday released the following statement after a New York appellate court suspended Rudy Giuliani’s law license:

Can you believe that New York wants to strip Rudy Giuliani, a great American Patriot, of his law license because he has been fighting what has already been proven to be a Fraudulent Election?

The greatest Mayor in the history of New York City, the Eliot Ness of his generation, one of the greatest crime fighters our Country has ever known, and this is what the Radical Left does to him. All of New York is out of control, crime is at an all-time high—it’s nothing but a Witch Hunt, and they should be ashamed of themselves. TAKE BACK AMERICA!

Let this be a lesson to people thinking they can save a city.
Much like a ho, they cannot and do not want to be saved.

Ultimately, the only thing he did was make some landowners rich and turn the city from an unbearable crime-riddled city into an unbearable hipster theme park.
 
Nigga you literally had the chance to stop all of this from happening. But no Trump has to follow the rest of his generation with their meaningless declarations.

Rudy Giuliani did nothing. Broken windows, my ass. Crime fell everywhere through the 90s and 00s after surging through the 70s and 80s. It's only very recently crime has been rising again.

Funny thing is, this is a solved problem. All the New Yorkers that come to south Florida make sure their rentals or snowbird places have impact windows for hurricane season. But they don’t do that in NYC for some reason.

Google Miami-Dade approved impact window testing videos and then have a good lol at how NYC riots have any chance at them.

Edit: the minimum test is an 8’ 2x4 shot at 75 mph at the weakest structural points of the window.

What does it mean to "take back America", I wonder... or rather, how would his audience understanding "taking back America"?

I have things I want to see done in America, for sure, but the scale for many-- if not all-- of those goals at least start out much smaller than that of the entire country, and I don't really get what a goal in service of "taking back the country" would look like at its core. Maybe it's just late at night.

Anyways, when he called Giuliani "one of the greatest crime fighters our Country has ever known", I couldn't help but imagine that he saying that Rudy moonlighted as Batman.
