What ever happened to Cernovich? I remember GGers calling him Based Lawyer and him offering to represent Eron in court, but then he disappeared and Eron met with real lawyers.

how many "based X" did GG even have? i remember them also going on about "based mom" (christina hoff) and im fairly sure there were a bunch applying that moniker to milo as well.

Any real potential from GamerGate died months ago.

The only real spergs are the people still saying it's still some pivotal, impact, or even relevant movement. That's for both pro-GG and anti-GG. They're riding the bandwagon even though all four wheels have already rotted away and the remains of the wagon are falling down a chasm.

I was tired of this moronic "movement" when it infested and ruined /v/. And that's a fucking feat, managing to make a wretchedly shitty place such as /v/ even worse.
It's not like pissing in an ocean of piss, it's like filling that ocean with shit instead.
 
Literally the only people who have benefited from this whole fiasco are the Neckbeards and the Legbeards. In popular consciousness, the Tumblrinas are undoubtedly ahead. But the Trilby Brigade have clumped tighter together than ever before, and have now metastasized into autism leukemia.

It's the Syrian Civil War all over again, only with Cheetos dust instead of mustard gas.
 
I feel like it's gotten to the point where even commenting on the people involved in GG, pro or anti, is tiring.
 
We can all agree that that Milo dude is a massive tryhard fag clutching for any scraps of attention he can get, though. It's comfortable to know that there are solid truths in the world.

Actually, there's plenty of lolcow material related to Gamergate which hasn't received the degree of attention it deserves at all. The reason why it hasn't blown up substantially is a lot of it's a chore to slog through, so people need incentive to sift.

Take Davis M.J. Aurini. He has a thread on this board, sure, but it's not even ten pages long. He still has dozens of hours of embarrassing content the public consciousness has yet to mock to a sufficient degree. Some of it was only recently brought out to a larger audience in things like Thunderf00t's documentary about The Sarkeesian Effect. Things like Aurini's short film, or Aurini's open Holocaust denial, or Aurini saying -- I'm not even paraphrasing or out of context, this is a direct quote -- "all women are whores".

This is Red Heifer grade cow comedy, and it has still yet to receive even a tenth the attention it deserves.

Yeah, the female/tranny SJWs get a lot of attention, but the MRA GGers really do need more milking.
 
Well of course Gamergate not going to get that much attention here.

Okay I'm going to say something that may piss some people off. but really SJW's are pretty much the new thing to make fun of and will be for the foreseeable future.

See that's the thing you get a group of people who have been pissing people off for sometime. we get a lot of people who just as stupid as them who deicde that they don't like them and in the end they act like shit. if you look at the gamergate supports you see the exact same zealous attitube that you see in sjw's.

But how does that relate to here. simple because a lot of people on the forum agree with gamergates views. but also because at the end Gamergate has pretty much become one thing laughing at lolcows and at the end isn't that what we do here.

Basically what I was trying to say is that gamergate's been getting a free ride because it does what this website does. just pointing and laugh at lolcows.

It also dosen't help that the SJW's have a growing presence online and almost no one feels like arguing against people who are against SJW's
