Could be suicide, but it could be a post-surgical misadventure. Long flight, then surgery, then being in a non-medical setting around people who don't speak the same language: could easily be a clot or sepsis that wasn't recognized right away, or even someone who's opiate naive unknowingly overdosing themself post-op. You're putting a complicated area in the hands of a plastic surgeon, with all that means for follow-up.

I understand how medical tourism can be necessary, but anecdotally it seems like the transgender crowd do it alone. People getting ortho or bariatric surgery tend to bring a buddy for moral support, help with the luggage, and just to another person to stop them second-guessing when it's time to bring the red streaks back into the local hospital.

The blue lines are stitches maybe? And the black might be eschar. Spoilers for description.

There are two main types of necrotic tissue present in wounds: eschar and slough. Eschar presents as dry, thick, leathery tissue that is often tan, brown or black. Slough is characterized as being yellow, tan, green or brown in color and may be moist, loose and stringy in appearance.

You can have both ovarian and testicular tissue. But one or both will be primitive and incapable of producing gametes

You can also have Swyer syndrome which is when you are XY with non-functioning gonads and a uterus, which forms in the absence of anti-Mullerian hormone which would normally come from the testes and regress the uterne structures.

There are Swyer syndrome cases where they transplant an embryo into the uterus (no eggs so they use a donor). The problem with that is Swyer.syndrome is visually totally female so no way are you chopping up that baby to make it a boy because there aren't any boy parts at all.

When you have both ovarian and testicular tissue it's more common to be male and it's possible in this case to have both penis and probably underdeveloped uterus. In this case a male gender assignment is often appropriate.

The problem with this tale is that hysterectomy is a major op and you'd only do it in infancy if there was a carcinoma or other illness that would indicate hysterectomy. The goal of intersex surgery is to fix completely malfunctioning genitals (like where you can't piss or something), and often for psychosexual reasons so that you don't have a mutant clit or whatever, but they probably don't do the psychosexual stuff so much now.

There just isn't any reason to randomly perform hysterectomies for the sake of it because it's internal and you don't know it's there, and the op can be done at 18 with consent, so for this reason he's almost certainly a lying tranny

Almost certainly? He believes he will regrow his uterus with yoga and eastern medecines. Should be enough to clue people in that it's 100% a lie.

If he just told the tale of being born with a uterus it would still be a decent grift, as most people have no clue and sometimes just give money to random transpeople online. But they took the lie too far, even the more devoted believer should be tipped of.

Just because our sex organs arise from the same cells doesn't mean they're the same thing. Of course they developed from the same cells, why would sex organs develop from different cells?

At 6 weeks, the baby's brain and spinal cord will develop from the neural tube. Are your brain and spinal cord the same thing? But they developed from the same area... let's reshape our spines into our brains

This might be relevant - /pol/ is doing some websleuthing after a troon's child drowned at his own birthday party and he immediately used it to gain twitter clout, and seems pretty upbeat about the whole thing. Even twitter is calling him out, and of course his twitter is full of general troon weirdness and dehumanising comments on his kids. Apparently the child may have been autistic, which makes him drowning even more sad.

Now /pol/ likes their drama, but I must admit this guy gives me the heebiejeebies too. I doubt he killed his kid as /pol/ is considering, but there definitely seems to be some neglect going on. Because everything is about daddy troon. He's fucking huge too, and mom seems unstable.

I don't understand people who make money off their child dying. This is not limited to trannies, but anyone who uses GoFundMe or similar to gain sympathy cash. Like, how can you spend it without thinking of why you have it? How can you enjoy a cent of any money that you only have because your child is dead? I cannot wrap my head around it
