On what planet can you get access to controlled substances (such as, I dunno, to pull an example out of my ass: hormones and insulin) without providing any form of identification?

i would believe a doctor would prescribe a trans person hormones under their preferred name, especially if they work specifically in trans health care, but she pushed it by claiming she was never once asked for ID. Pro tip for liars: Cut your bullshit off at the 50% mark, you get tripped up in your crap when you push it.

Some states require proper identification when you pick up or drop off prescriptions for controlled substances to prevent fraud or other problems. Insulin isn't a controlled substance though, since it's a hormone.

Despite that, I'm not too sure if pharmacies are required to check ID for hormomes as well. I can't find much on that.

She might be telling the truth about never having her ID checked, but her "prefferd" name appearing on her prescription is up in the air and debatable.
 
It still gets me that she insists the noods are proof when the angle she used could easily fake having a penis.

As an experiment, try this at home:

  1. Take a pair of socks. Make sure they're rolled together so they make a sizable bunch.
  2. Squeeze your thighs together as tight as they can go, then stuff the socks between them in your crotch.
  3. Bend forward until your stomach obscures the top of the socks.
You can now hold a pair of socks in place over your crotch, and obscure the edges of the fabric.

Somebody could easily re-create her photos using a packer and get the same results.
 
One thing I'm noticing about this new blog is her system stuff seems to be totally gone, and she hasn't used "we" to refer to herself in a bit.
